Who can enter:

Each contest is open to Canadian residents in all provinces except Quebec of legal age 18 years or older.

Contest period:

The first contest starts on November 1st, 2020 at 12:01 am. Each contest starts on the 1st day of each month ("Contest Start Date") at 12:01 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time) and closes on the last day of each month (the "Contest Close Date") at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time ("Time of Closing").

How to enter:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. All individuals who participate in a survey and provide their e-mail address ("Respondents") prior to the Time of Closing will be automatically entered (one (1) Entry per Respondent per month) into the Contest. Individuals may also submit additional Entries by handwriting their name, address, telephone number, e-mail address on an 8 1/2" x 11" piece of paper and submitting same by pre-paid mail to: Lemon Tree Panel Member Contest, Lemon Tree Opinions, 1670 Bayview, Avenue, Suite 503, Toronto, ON, M4G 3C2. Limit one (1) mail-in Entry per envelope per day. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. All mail-in entries must be postmarked on or before the Contest Close Date and must be received by December 31, 2021 in order to be eligible for the Contest.

Prize draw:

On the 1st day of the following month, at approximately 2:00p.m. Eastern Standard Time, winning Entries will be randomly selected by computer from all eligible Entries received. In order to be declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, to be administered by email, and his/her Entry has been verified by Lemon Tree Opinions. Lemon Tree Opinions reserves the right to require proof of age and jurisdiction of residence prior to awarding any prize.

Employees, representatives and agents of Lemon Tree Opinions (its parent companies, vendors, advertising and promotion agencies, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, children, parents and siblings) and those living in the same household of such employees, representatives, vendors or agents are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.

Prize:

Each winner will receive one Staples gift Card(denomination between $100 and $250) disclosed to participants before beginning the survey. There will be 1 winner for this contest per month.

Winner notification:

Selected entrants will be notified via e-mail within 24 hours of the prize drawing. Selected entrants will be required to respond to the e-mail to acknowledge receipt of notification of eligibility for prize. If no email response is obtained from a selected entrant within 5 business days of notification, the prize is forfeited. Prizes will be paid after correctly answering the mathematical skill-testing question.

General:

Lemon Tree Opinions is authorized to conduct surveys on behalf of Staples Canada.

Lemon Tree Opinions is not responsible for any costs associated with claiming any prize. Winners are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any and all taxes, if any, that may result in claiming a prize in this Contest.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded, no substitutions. Lemon Tree Opinions shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind that result from acceptance, possession and/or use of any prize.

Lemon Tree Opinions is not responsible for technical or computer errors, or for late, lost, illegible, damaged, postage due, misdirected, misidentified or incomplete Entries. Entries in any way tampered with, forged, mutilated, incomplete, illegible, photocopied or mechanically reproduced, or submitted by or through fraudulent means, may be disqualified, in the sole discretion of Lemon Tree Opinions. This includes any Entry that does not comply with these contest Rules in any respect.

Decisions of Lemon Tree Opinions are final on all matters of fact, interpretation, eligibility, procedure and fulfillment in respect to this Contest. Lemon Tree Opinions reserves the right at any time to withdraw this Contest or to modify, amend, or supplement these rules, in its sole discretion.

All Entries become the property of Lemon Tree Opinions. By participating in this Contest and accepting a prize, prize-winner acknowledges having read and accepted these rules and consents to publication of name (first name and first letter of last name only) and the city of residence by Lemon Tree Opinions on Lemon Tree Opinions' Website without further compensation.
